Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days from date of delivery only. Please email info@solsticekids.com should you need to return. The return item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days from date of delivery to be accepted for returns. Returns may be exchanged for an alternative size/item or processed as store credit only.

Each item is cut, sewn and finished by a small team of mother and female seamstresses. Each item is received prior to shipping and we do our best to catch imperfections. In the construction of our garments & major flaws in the fabric prior to shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged/defective, please contact us with your order number & a photo of the flaw at info@solsticekids.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that each item is unique and one of a kind.
