PRODUCTION TIME
Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time unless otherwise specified in the listing. We understand that life happens, and there are times that we need items sooner. If you need an item sooner, please add "priority" item to your shopping cart and we will be happy to fulfill and ship your order within 3-5 days.
PRIORITY ORDERS
We understand that life happens, and there are times that we need items sooner.
In the event that an order is needed sooner than the production time allows, an additional "PRIORITY ORDER" may be purchased for an additional fee and your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 days.
Certain items are exempt from PRIORITY ORDERS including items identified in the listing as exempt and all orders during peak Holiday season (December 15th through January 10th).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Once an item is completed, item will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information where you will find estimated delivery frame.
